Negotiation is fundamental to collections. Collectors will need to overcome any hesitations they have in the collection and learn to negotiate with diplomacy. This program is designed to run through several scenarios during training to help new collectors discuss debts with a customer, structure a call, overcome customer objections, and effectively negotiate a payment plan.

The program includes Skills Practice Sessions and Coaching, to practice collections calls for collections and the application of the negotiation skills covered in the program.
