Course Overview
In Providing Quality Services training program, participants identify good and poor customer service and the reasons that customers leave. Participants learn the value of lifetime customers and discover how to cultivate lifetime customer relationships. They learn that it costs far less to keep a customer than it does to find and attract a new customer. Finally, they discover that everyone has a customer – whether internal or external – and discuss what having an internal customer entails.

General Methodology
Similar to any L2S training program, this program offers an interactive learning experience in which will allow the delegates to reflect on their learning through an informative, indulging, and fun classroom experience. The design of the training session focuses on the following attributes.
