ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) Training - Leap To Success

Business environment today has become as challenging to survive in as it has never been.

Hence, Business Continuity started to emerge as one of the most pressing topics on the agenda of Management systems.

ISO22301 is an international standard issued by the international standards organization (ISO) to address the issues of business continuity and assist all types of organizations around the world to survive disruptive incidents and minimize their impacts on the organization’s business.

Goal of Course:

Like any other ISO standard, The ISO 22301 introduce a framework of the best practices -as identified by the industry experts – and provide guidance to build a process to be used in managing, mitigating, and restoring the minimum operational conditions and resuming normal business activities after being interrupted by disrupting events with negative impacts.

The course will be focused on building the capacity of the trainees to build, develop and maintain a solid Business Continuity Management System that adheres to the ISO22301 standard requirements.

  • Understand what is meant by Process Approach in order help organization’s representative build a real capacity to face disruptive events.
  • Review the typical PDCA Cycle and put it into the right perspective with regards to the BCMS
  • Enhance the audience understanding of their organizational context as defined by ISO 22301 standard including stakeholders’ identification and the scope of the BCMS.
  • Illustrate methods and approaches to engage Organization’s top management and define its roles and responsibilities in the BCMS.
  • Learn how to establish a Business continuity Strategy & BCMS Plan that adheres with ISO 22301
  • Identifying required resources to support the establishment of a rigid BCMS.
  • Learn the tools and techniques needed to conduct meaningful Business Impact Analysis and Risk Assessment
  • Learn the techniques of monitoring evaluating the performance of the established BCMS.
