Course Overview
Nowadays, 80% of the assets of service institutions is the information held in their repositories. Preventing and investigating IT fraud has become an integral part of the corporate life and the needed skillset of the modern auditor.
Goal of Course:
The aim of this workshop is to enable internal auditor to assist in the prevention, detection, deterrence and reporting of IT fraud. The topics the IT auditing and fraud detection training covers are IT fraud auditor, predication, computer fraud and control, the type common IT frauds and their nature in addition to the required legal skills for auditors.
The typical attendee of IT auditing and fraud detection training is an IT professional or internal auditor working in and environment that has a high potential of fraud.
